Bug Description

When I turn my Ubuntu phone off, on restart all of my previously open screens/apps are now closed. This is a bit annoying as I need to open everything up again. In Android, if you turn off your phone and then start it up again, all the apps, pages and such like, that you had open before the shut-down/reboot are all still visible on start-up. I really think it is something that new users coming to Ubuntu Touch will be expecting as standard.

Once again, lets take a small step back and look at this from the users point of view. Why would you need me to attach (or even see the) log files to see that if you have for example; browser, Dotty, Dekko and Settings open before you restart your phone or tablet. On start-up these apps/screens will not be available when you swipe from the right of your screen.

I tried to get the logs and then install python-support, but I am unable to on my phone. I am sure that in your dev environment or test device you can reproduce this without the need of the logs.
