Bug Description

'apt-get install ubuntu-desktop-next' bricks any Ubuntu (wily) deskop installation...

$ sudo apt-get install ubuntu-desktop-next
...

--> System never boots again. You need to reinstall from USB.

The command you actually want instead is:

  sudo apt-get install unity8-desktop-session-mir

The desktop seeds should be removed from this project if they're not being supported, and the desktop-next binaries should be removed from the archive. They're too tempting.

Ubuntu-desktop-next binary has been removed from Ubuntu.
