Bug Description

Could light-themes include no only style information for gnome-panel but for other desktop panels as well?

For example, I am developing SlickPanel and I need it to be styled in the same way as Unity and gnome-panel are styled.

Here is a branch which fixes this, by adding the .desktop-panel class (it reuses all the attributes from gnome-panel)
