Bug Description

In the New Human theme, there is no distinction between the window border and the window controls. Having the metacity theme and the gtk theme look as one is helpful, aesthetically speaking but usability speaking, it is hard to tell where the user can drag the window (the window border) and where he cannot (the window controls) without pressing alt.

I would suggest doing something similar to the KDE's Oxygen Theme's window kwin and qt theme.
