Bug Description
Disabled arrow buttons in Nautilus header bar are too dark, under Gnome Shell.
They don't look disabled as much as they look like a rendering bug, or look like depressed buttons.

Looking at xenial by comparison, it appears not that the disabled colour has changed, but that the disabled buttons are now placed on a lighter background.
In xenial they're below the titlebar, where the grey background is darker. In artful they're in the titlebar where the grey is lighter. So the increased contrast now looks odd.
