[gtk 3.16] sidebar has unused space at the bottom

Bug Description

The nautilus sidebar has some ~1+ row equivalent of empty space as its bottom with gtk3.16, that doesn't happen with the previous gtk version

seems like a theme issue
".undershoot.bottom { background: none; }" resolves it

... unsure why e.g top is not doing the same though, maybe Lars knows?
