Bug Description
The tabs in the Appearance page of System Settings are highlighted an orange colour. There should be no highlight on the tab in focus. Tabs in other pages, for example Keyboard, have no such highlighting.

Won't Fix, maybe?
Looking at xenial, all tabs including Keyboard have this highlighting. It may not be ideal, but seems unlike to get fixed. In artful (Gnome Shell) those tabs don't exist at all, so there's nothing left to fix.
