Uss force close when opening location settings from indicator-location

Environment:

Steps to reproduce:

1º Go to indicator-location in quick settings bar
2º Open location settings

Current result: uss starts to open and then it closes

Expected result: uss should start normally in location settings

Add info: this also happens when opening text entry settings from quick settings bar. Time stamp for both cases is 13:24 in the syslog attached

Also happening with frieza in rc-proposed:
