Reset all APN does not always remove new APNs

Bug Description

Enviroment:

current build number: 430
device name: krillin
channel: ubuntu-touch/rc-proposed/bq-aquaris.en
last update: 2016-09-16 08:52:26
version version: 430
version ubuntu: 20160916
version device: 20160606-ab415b2
version custom: 20160831-991-38-18

Preconditions: phone and SIM card available

Steps to reproduce:

1º Go to System settings/Mobile/Carrier&APN/APN
2º Tap in + icon on the header and add a new APN, press the V icon in upper right to confirm
3º Select new APN created
4º Press Reset All APN Settings...

Current result: Sometimes this option does not reset the APNs

Expected result: Reset APN option should always remove new APN created

Add info: it worked 1/5 attempts, please watch syslog and video.

Time stamps:

9:48: - Reset all APN seemed to not be working(still appeared the APN previousle created manually), after reboot same thing

From syslog at 10:57:07 seems like it is removing gprs profile but it still appears in the UI:
