Bug Description
The hostname of all Ubuntu devices is pre-set and un-changable without making the device R/W.
Typically a user might want to change the hostname to fit their naming scheme. It may also be desired if the user owns multiple Ubuntu devices (such as a phone and a tablet).
Perhaps we should allow the user to set the hostname (preferably in the networking part of system settings) post-install.

This is nice for usability. Fiddling with command line
hostnamectl set-hostname newname
seems to work ok, and I suspect there are dbus interfaces available
Should also add to the OOBE
