Bug Description
empty [app permission line] remains after uninstalling an app (OTA9.1 BQE5)
Installed 2 apps using Camera (Morse Send & Level) then removed them.
In each case, an empty line remains in camera permissions after removing the app.
This line with no text is checked. You can uncheck it but it doesn't disappear.
Restart, or even shutdown/restart doesn't change that.
Only way found : full phone reinit in system preferences
