Bug Description

It should be possible to configure a PPTP VPN, not just OpenVPN.

Note that the PPTP UI is all there, but it's hidden due to bug 1551823.

FWIW, Apple is about to remove the ability to use PPTP VPNs: “iOS 10 and macOS Sierra will remove PPTP connections from any VPN profile … we don't recommend that you use it for secure, private communication.” <https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT206844>
