Bug Description

current build number: 174
device name: arale
channel: ubuntu-touch/rc-proposed/meizu.en

In system settings / sounds / ringtones the first sound on the list is 'Alarm Clock' which is bit odd for a ring tone. Alarm and ring tones have different purposes and should not appear on the same list.

summary: - Separate alarm sound and ringtones
+ Separate alarm sounds and ringtones

FWIW, Android organizes system-level notification sounds into ringtones, text message tones, and alarm sounds. These can be approximately summarized as "long", "short", and "annoying". Ubuntu has a distinction between long and short, but no distinction between long and annoying.
