updates not downloading

Bug Description

with phone on wifi connection downloads of app and scope updates are not working - regardless of whether the update all button is used or the individual download option is selected; prior to realease 4 a large number of updates were backed up. However release 4 downloaded and installed fine, so now only a reduced number of uninstalled updates is in the list.

Having exactly same issue on MX4, there was lot's of app for update before release 4, now after updating to release 4, there are 5 apps which refuse to update. Reboot, attempt to manually update them on by one, all fails.

So issue is caused by Ubuntu one account being invalid though still listed in online accounts.
Workaround is to remove Ubuntu one account and then add it again.

This is a duplicate of bug 1378678, which has been fixed since OTA-6. You'll see it in OTA-7
