Test Case:
1. Go to system-settings/Date & Time/Timezone
2. Enter 'London'
3. Select 'City of London'
4. Tap timezone again
5. Enter 'London'
6. Select 'City of London'

Expected Results
The second time, city of London is selected

Actual Result
'City of London', 'London Borough', 'London, England' and 'Londonderry County Borough' are all highlighted, 'tapping on City of London' does nothing
