Bug Description
Using bq/rtm, I installed umetronome from the store a while ago, today an update is listed for it in the updates panel, but installing the update fails (it download it then act like it was installing for ever)
turns out that, according to the log, the new version depends on the 15.04 framework which is not available on that device
the udm info log describes the issue
"Cannot install /home/phablet/
The update should probably not be listed in those cases (there might also be an issue that the system is not reported the failure as an error, it's only in the udm .info log, not in the error one nor fwded to the UI layer)

It's likely that the updates API call isn't passing in the list of frameworks it supports, so the store returns all of them.
