Wrong display when change "Lock security" from "4-digit passcode" to "swipe"

Bug Description
tested on
arale, r154, vivid-proposed and
n4, r155, vivid-proposed
Precondition
Lock security = 4-digit passcode
Steps
1) Enter "Security & Privacy -> Phone locking -> Lock security"
2) Select Swipe, and enter valid passcode, tap on "Unset"
Result
When it comes back to "Lock security" screen,
firstly item "Passphrased" is highlighted
after 1 sec, "Swipe" gets highlighted
Expect
"Passphrased" should not be highlighted anyway

Not sure if that's even a bug. The page is open with the current configuration selected, you open a dialog on top to change the option, the current config is still active, when you ack the change you can see the value change which confirms the action.
