Bug Description

Using rtm 249, updating the calendar application fails, the UI is not very useful in communicating the error though, see screenshot

not sure if that's not an issue with the service, I clicked retry a bunch of time and it gave no feedback

there are at least some issues with the UI
- retry button seems unactive
- no error displayed in the UI
- 200% ?!

oh, it seems it installed after all, I exited the panel and came back to find a "software uptodate" ... issue is that the apps view in unity8 didn't get refreshed (what component is supposed to force a refresh?) and clicking on the icon fails because (according to the log) it tries to start the old version

One possibility: the "200%" is because the code adds together 100% download progress + 100% installation progress, not taking into account that they are happening together.

summary: - click update fails without giving much details
+ Completed update reaches "200%" progress and doesn't disappear
