Bug Description

Steps:

1. In Settings > Time & Date, choose "Manually"
2. Tap the date below "Manually" to activate the "Set time & date" dialog
3. Choose a different time/date, e.g. jump backwards one month
4. Tap "Set" to apply the new date
5. In Settings > Time & Date, choose "Automatically"

expected result: the system should adjust the date to the correct NTP time

actual result: the date stays as set in step 3
