[Time & Date] Could not switch to "Automatically" from "Manually"

Bug Description

Environment:

Unit: Mako (Nexus4)
Product: Vivid
System version: r88

Steps:
1. Go to "System Settings" -> "Time & Date"
2. Select "Automatically"
3. Waiting 10 minutes
4. Go back to previous page (i.e. system setting)
5. Then, go to "Time & Date" again, check if the setting ("Automatically") is still valid

Expected result:
"Automatically" should be selected

Actual result:
"Manually" is selected

Thank you for your bug report. Do you get the issue every time? Do you also get it if you wait less long, like one minute rather than then?

Yes, it happens every time, no matter how long I wait, immediately/1 min/3 mins/5 mins/10 mins
