In "Connect to Hidden Network", field labels are bold while title is not

Bug Description

Ubuntu 14.10 r135

1. Go to System Settings > "Wi-Fi".
2. If Wi-Fi is off, turn it on.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the list and choose "Connect to hidden network".
4. Look at the text in the dialog.

What you see: The dialog title is not bold, but the field labels are.

What you should see: either (a) both are bold, (b) neither are bold, or (c) the title is bold but the labels are not.

I actually manually styled that content looking at the Unity8 "Connect to wifi"-dialog. Might affect USS more than UITK.
