Update panel repaint during a download results in 0% progress shown

Bug Description

Go to the updates panel
Start a download of an app update
The system update is detected and the panel updates to show both system and app updates available
The app progress goes from whatever it was to 0 and never changes

Is that only happening if you manage to start an update before the system image check is done? Is that an easy case to hit? Looks like rather a corner case and a "Low" in my opinion...

I am fine with low
The real problem is that we have two background checks happening and various UI issues keep recurring, seems we really keep those parts of the UI separate from a display perspective or wait until we have all the info to change from checking spinny to options

This used to be a problem because the updates panel's list of updates was not implemented as MVC (as understood by Qt). All updates are now proper list models, filtered by a proxyfiltermodel and only the items that actually are updated will be re-rendered.
