Krillin failed to automatically connect to bluetooth headset (Nokia BH-121) on device reboot

Steps to reproduce:

1. Pair the krillin with Nokia BH - 121 bluetooth headset.
2. Reboot the krillin while bluetooth is still on.

Observe that device won't automatically pair with the bluetooth headset. While same for same bt headset, Android (on Mako) is able to pair automatically on reboot.

Reassigning to ubuntu-system-settings; bluez is more than likely doing exactly what it should.

Please attach /var/log/syslog from the device to this bug report. Note that for some devices to "automatically" pair back after a reboot, you will need to push one of the buttons to trigger a new connection, but it shouldn't request a PIN and just connect.

No even on pusshing connect button on bt device won't reconnect it, please also note that I didn't required to push any button when tried the same case with Android running device.
