Bug Description
Krillin failed to automatically connect to bluetooth headset (Nokia BH-121) on device reboot
Steps to reproduce:
1. Pair the krillin with Nokia BH - 121 bluetooth headset.
2. Reboot the krillin while bluetooth is still on.
Observe that device won't automatically pair with the bluetooth headset. While same for same bt headset, Android (on Mako) is able to pair automatically on reboot.

Reassigning to ubuntu- system- settings; bluez is more than likely doing exactly what it should.
