Bug Description

I think this issue started some time this week. My phone is fully up-to-date but the main system settings screen keeps showing there is 1 update available. Clicking the icon displays the spinner which then tells me my phone is up-to-date.

No, I don't think I had a red "[1]" on the launcher whilst system-settings was still showing 1 update.

oh, are you speaking about the entry in the setting apps itself? did you keep the settings app open/running? it seems like bug #1325629 in that case
