[background] "add/remove images" buttons' label are ellipsized (in some locales at least)

The button at the bottom of the background panel, custom section, have rather long labels (in some locales at least) which leads them to be ellipsized
"[Add an image...] [Remove images...]"

E.g in french they display, on the krillin device, as
"[ Ajouter une ima...] [Supprimer les im...]"

Wondering if a general approach to this would make sense applied to the sdk, like reduce font size or wrap text based on length of message

I'm working on a redesign of this screen which will remove the buttons altogether.

Specification updated. <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Appearance?action=diff&rev2=28&rev1=26> The "Add an image..." button should be replaced by a "+" button, and the "Remove images..." button should no longer exist.
