Bug Description
Ubuntu Touch 14.10 r176
0. Go to an environment with enough active Bluetooth devices to fill the "Bluetooth" screen.
1. Navigate to System Settings > "Bluetooth".
2. Try to scroll to the bottom of the list of devices.
What happens: You can't, it always snaps back to the top.
What should happen: You can.
