"Display brightness" message appears untranslated

Bug Description
If I go to the Battery section, the "Display brightness" string appears always in English, regardless of the language used.
It seems it might not be marked for translation or skipped for inclusion in the .pot file, as I can't see it as a translatable string in Launchpad:

the file po/CMakeLists.txt should add the path src/SystemSetti
Note this may not be necessary if we change the design to go to the brightness panel instead.
