Bug Description
Ubuntu Trusty r188, Samsung Galaxy Nexus
1. Use the Camera app to take a photo.
2. Go to System Settings > "Background" > "Welcome screen" > "Image/Photo".
3. Choose the photo.
4. Choose "Set".
5. Sleep the phone then wake it again.
What happens:
3. The "Preview" sheet shows the photo as pure black.
4. The thumbnail shows the background as pure black.
5. Sure enough, the background is pure black.
What should happen: The background is set to the photo.
(I don't know whether this happens for non-photo images because of bug 1288364.)

Hmm, I can't confirm this on Nexus 4 / image 219.
Ken, any comments?
