Bug Description
Ubuntu Trusty r188
1. Go to System Settings > "Cellular".
2. Turn on "Cellular data" if it is not on already.
2. Turn on "Data roaming" if it is not on already.
3. Turn off "Cellular data".
What happens: "Data roaming" stays on.
What should happen: "'Data roaming' should be both off and insensitive whenever 'Cellular data:' is 'Off'. When you turn 'Cellular data:' to any other value, 'Data roaming' should become sensitive and return to its previous value." <https:/
