Bug Description
Using today's image(75)
1. open the settings app and change your timezone, note the indicator changed to the new time
2. reboot the phone
What happens:
The timezone is back to UTC0 even though the system settings app shows that my timezone is +5 but the time itself is wrong.

Turns out that our initramfs clobbers existing symlinks with the original image files in "synced" mode. Fix coming up..
