Bug Description
STEPS to reproduce
1. Open the system settings and try to change the background image, this process will take you to the gallery app and not let you set the background image
2. Navigate away from the gallery app and go back to your system-settings app
3. Try again stubbornly to change the background image
-- The system will open a new gallery app image (see attached picture)
