Krillin, rc-proposed, r338
How to reproduce:
1) Launch a webapp that requires a new account (let's assume it's facebook)
2) Wait for facebook's login page to show but don't complete the login
3) Open system settings->Accounts
4) Tap on any other account to add a new account
Expected outcome:
I get some feedback saying that you can only create one account at a time (this is what happens when you open two webapps that both require new accounts)
Actual outcome:
After tapping on the list item that represents the service (Google, for instance) a spinner shows on the right side of the list item and then hides after half a second. Nothing else happens
System setting log reports:
2016-05-19 22:46:10,215 - WARNING - RequestAccess failed: QDBusError("com.ubuntu.OnlineAccountsUi.NoPromptSession", "Could not create a prompt session") |

Expected outcome:
I get some feedback saying that you can only create one account at a time (this is what happens when you open two webapps that both require new accounts). The list items should probably look disabled and should be untappable if another account creationg is in progress and the backend only supports creating 1 account at a time. It should ideally also provide additional feedback (such as a warning a the top) shortly explaining the situation. Other alternatives can be explored.
