Bug Description
Ubuntu 15.04 r323
0. Remove your Ubuntu One account if you have one set up already.
1. In System Settings, choose “Accounts” > “Ubuntu One”.
What you see: A dialog with two titles, “Ubuntu One” and “Sign in to your Ubuntu One account”.
What you should see: Only one title, probably “Ubuntu One”.

Adding ubuntu- system- settings- online- accounts to this bug, as the "Ubuntu One" in the top bar is the PageHeader from the online-accounts-ui app, which the ubuntuone- credentials account plug-in UI is embedded into.
It seems to me that the plug-in should have full control over this UI, and we shouldn't re-display the Name from the account types listing in a PageHeader here. I think part of the problem here is that PageHeader has become the "title bar" for things built with the SDK for the phone. This seems incorrect, and is not well suited to a windowed environment where the app name is generally what is displayed in the window's title bar.
