Bug Description
Steps:
1. Set up a new devices (flo in my case)
2. Get online
3. Search for an app store app to install
4. Click the button to go to account settings
5. Wait for accounts to launch
Note that the icon on the launcher for account settings is empty.
Expected: there is an icon for account settings

I can confirm this, however I'm not sure about what the correct behaviour should be. Therefore, asking input from design: should we have an icon for Online Accounts, or should we use System Settings's one?
