Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-control-
Currently in lucid it's not possible to apply a keyboard layout system wide. Pressing the "apply system wide" button in the app has no effect, and terminal displays the error:
"Caught remote method exception org.freedesktop

I can confirm the bug; here is how to reproduce it:
- Type gnome-keyboard- properties in the terminal to open the Keyboard Preferences
- Switch to the layout tab and click on the Apply >System-Wide button
The terminal displays: .PolicyKit1. Error.Failed: Error parsing subject struct
