Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

Currently in lucid it's not possible to apply a keyboard layout system wide. Pressing the "apply system wide" button in the app has no effect, and terminal displays the error:

"Caught remote method exception org.freedesktop.PolicyKit1.Error.Failed: Error parsing subject struct"

This is with gnome-control-center 1:2.29.91-0ubuntu1

I can confirm the bug; here is how to reproduce it:

- Type gnome-keyboard-properties in the terminal to open the Keyboard Preferences
- Switch to the layout tab and click on the Apply >System-Wide button

The terminal displays:
Caught remote method exception org.freedesktop.PolicyKit1.Error.Failed: Error parsing subject struct
