incorrect dependencies when installing -qt on without ubuntu desktop

When I install ubuntu-sso-client-qt (or actually ubuntuone-control-panel-qt) without ubuntu-desktop being installed (I'm a Kubuntu user) then it causes ubuntuone-control-panel-qt to freeze shortly after starting.

This probably needs an extra package in the depends

The missing package is gnome-keyring and should be a dep for python-ubuntu-sso-client.
