I'm sorry to hear Ubuntu One is not working properly for you. Can you please tell us what version of Ubuntu and what version of ubuntu one are you using?
Also, can you do the following in order to provide us with important details that will help us determine the root cause of this issue?
1. Open Applications- >Accessories- >Terminal and run: echo -e "[logging]\nlevel = DEBUG" > ~/.config/ ubuntuone/ logging. conf; u1sdtool -q; u1sdtool -c ubuntuone/ log/syncdaemon. log and ~/.cache/ ubuntuone/ log/syncdaemon- exception. log to this bug report
2. Try to reproduce the problem.
3. Attach ~/.cache/
