Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubuntu-sounds
ubuntu-sounds conflicts with gnome-audio; it's not immediately obvious why this is the case, as the only common file is /usr/share/
This wouldn't be a huge problem were it not for all the examples which assume you have gnome-audio installed (e.g., all the examples in /etc/pulse/
Does ubuntu-sounds really need to conflict with gnome-audio?
If it does in fact need to conflict, it might be a good idea to add a readme explaining why, so that other people aren't confused.

It would indeed be very nice if ubuntu-sounds and gnome-audio was disjoint and installable in parallel.
