Change default interface font size in Community theme

Bug Description

Change default interface font size in Community theme from 11 to 10.

It won’t impact the default session only the communitheme, which isn't available until you install the snap.

Change the key org.gnome.desktop.interface.font-name to ubuntu 10

This bug was fixed in the package ubuntu-settings - 18.04.5
