No way to enroll fingerprint

My bug https:/ /bugs.launchpad .net/bugs/ 1612576 was marked as a duplicte of this bug. While this bug looks similar, I understand it as the fingerprint unlock doesn't work at all. In my case, it works except the first time after a reboot.
