Bug Description

Reproduce:
Run Wizard on device with fingerprint scanner

What happens:
No way to enroll fingerprint

What should happen:
Fingerprint enrollment should be possible.

My bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1612576 was marked as a duplicte of this bug. While this bug looks similar, I understand it as the fingerprint unlock doesn't work at all. In my case, it works except the first time after a reboot.

@Tomas your bug should have been marked invalid, its a defined security feature to require the pin code after a reboot.
