Bug Description

Since the package anyway installs flash on Kubuntu systems, it makes sense to include the KDE System Settings plugin for flash settings by setting adobe-flash-properties-kde as a dependency of the package.

The problem is that adobe-flash-properties-kde is in the 'partner' repository and the kubuntu-restricted-extras and kubuntu-restricted-addons packages only depend on main, universe or multiverse.
