Bug Description

In the repositories exists libavcodec-extra wich depends on libavcodec-extra-54.

I think kubuntu-restricted-extras ubuntu-restricted-extras and xubuntu-restricted-extras should recommeds libavcodec-extra instead of libavcode-extra-53

I spoke too soon. This isn't actually a dupe, but we shall fix it alongside bug 1273203.
