Bug Description

It is very convenient to install all packages that are restricted due to patent/copyright issues in one command using
    sudo apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras
However, this also installs non-free packages like
    flashplayer
    unrar
which for some people are not desired.

My suggestion is to create a meta-package which depends on a subset of packages that ubuntu-restricted-extras depends on: only those that have a FOSS license. It can be called for example ubuntu-restricted-foss-extras.

This will bring more convenience to people who are more strict about the softwares on their system.
