impossible to delete one launchpad PPA repository

I want to update my Ubuntu OS 22 to Ubuntu 24.04, but it says that one launchpad PPA repository is not a confirmate app from Ubuntu. I try to delete it with the commande 'ppa-purge', but it doesn't work.
