Bug Description

it keeps failing on the same point, error message below, about PPAs. i have gone through and removed all the PPAs that i could find in the "Other Software" tab of the Software & Updates window, & also tried to use the terminal to find any other PPAs but couldn't find any. so to the best of my knowledge there are no further PPAs. i've restarted numerous times and it still fails on this error.

i am trying to upgrade from Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS with Budgie 10.6.1. i don't know what you mean by package name, but i can see in "Software & Updates" under Other Software it's showing Ubuntu 20.04 Focal Fossa - is that the package? when i put apt-cache policy pkgname in the terminal it returned N: Unable to locate package pkgname

here's the error message:

Could not calculate the upgrade

An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.

 This was likely caused by:
 * Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu
Please use the tool 'ppa-purge' from the ppa-purge
package to remove software from a Launchpad PPA and
try the upgrade again.

If none of this applies, then please report this bug using the command 'ubuntu-bug ubuntu-release-upgrader-core' in a terminal. If you want to investigate this yourself the log files in '/var/log/dist-upgrade' will contain details about the upgrade. Specifically, look at 'main.log' and 'apt.log'.
