Bug Description

Attempted to upgrade my Ubuntu from 22.04 Jellyfish to 23.10 Minotaur. When running do-release-upgrade, upgrader fails during "Calculating the changes" phase. Error message pops up: "An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade. This was likely caused by: Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu. Please use the tool 'ppa-purge' from the ppa-purge package to remove software from a Launchpad PPA and try the upgrade again." I have already successfully upgraded to Jellyfish from Fossa ( 20.04), and this is confusing me.
