Using software updater from 23.04 to 23.10 fails with "An unresolvable problem". It says that I should remove launchpad PPA packages but I don't see that I would have any in sources.list or by applying apt-cache policy

Using software updater from 23.04 to 23.10 fails with "An unresolvable problem".
