Bug Description
Upgrading to 23.10 fails because of an "unresolvable problem". I am cautioned to purge any PPA packages that I have installed. I have no such packages, only repositories. In /var/log/

I did `sudo apt reinstall ubuntu-desktop` and then I was able to proceed with the upgrade.
