upgrade from 22.10 to 23.04

Wont let me upgrade. During the "Distrubution Upgrade window process it says this (see attached image):

UPDATE: It seemed to resolve itself. I have to assume maybe it was the ubuntu network having the problem. All i did was retry after waiting 4 hours.
